Artwork & rights

When you send us artwork, logos, names, or designs, or ask us to reproduce them, you are telling us that you own them or have the rights holder’s permission to put them on custom merchandise. That includes school and team marks, company logos, characters, and lettering you found online.

We don’t verify ownership, and we may decline or cancel work that appears to infringe someone else’s rights. If a claim comes out of artwork you supplied or requested, you agree to cover the cost of it.
